Hogan
Personality Inventory®
The HPI is a contempory measure of normal personality and contains seven primary scales.
The HPI® was one of the first business-focused
personality questionnaires developed following general
psychologist agreement of the "big-five" personality
factors.
It is
extremely important when
selecting a personality instrument, whether for
selection or development, to ensure the instrument
reliably and consistently measures what it says it
measures. The HPI® has been rigorously psychometrically
validated on large groups of working adults.
The
questionnaire is available 24-7 on-line and can be
completed in one of over 20
languages in around 15 minutes. UK and other international norms are available.

minutes following questionnaire completion and can be
automatically emailed to chosen email addresses as pdf
documents.
This can
greatly assist a fast-paced selection process. Reports
can also be generated in an alternative language to
support an internationally managed HR function.
